• Create a user login (https://bids.urbanco.mv/identity/account/login) • Register as a vendor at Urbanco(https://bids.urbanco.mv/vendors) • Select the tender you wish to submit the bid • Follow the instructions and timeline of the bid. Once tender is open for submission, upload the required documents and submit.

Complete the online form in vendor registration portal and upload the required documents. Once completed and applied, HDC will review the information and uploaded documents. If the requirements are fulfilled, Vendor will be approved.

A scan copy of the bid security shall be uploaded when submitting the bid. Original bid security shall be submitted to Urbanco Head Office before the deadline given for the submission of original bid security as stated in ITB.
