HDC maintains this portal (the “Portal”) as a courtesy to those who may choose to access the Portal (“Users”). All Material on this Portal from HDC and the access and use of this Portal by the Users constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

11. The laws of Maldives, shall govern this Terms and Conditions and the User’s use of the Service.
